WEEKEND FUN

I love how much cream cheese Daddy puts on my bagel!

Check out my fork skills. I love banana pancakes!

Reading with Mummy.

Fun with pals at Anya's first birthday party.

NEW FURNITURE

So Team J finally graduated from our 7-year old IKEA bedroom set to real guy furniture. And that ultra-firm IKEA mattress just wasn't working for us anymore, either. Soft and squishy, here we come. Here is the delivery story.

Wednesday: The mattress arrives

At least one of our two vendors showed up on time (and on the right day!)

Hiding behind our new mattress.

Cheerio! Can't wait until the new bed arrives... Wasn't that supposed to be today?
Thursday: The furniture arrives (well most of it). I thought we agreed on Wednesday?

Finbar: "So glad I don't have to put all this stuff together."

Hey - that's not walnut! Back to Italy you go...

Getting ready for my favorite activity - bouncing on the bed!

Can I nap here today?

FUN WITH HELEN AND IKE

Before the snow of today, we had some nice, spring days which we spent at the club on Sammy's favorite toy, the jumping pillow! That's pretty much where we'll spend ALL summer.

APRIL IN PARIS

Helen and Grandpa Ike are here and so we took advantage and went to Paris for a night sans bebés. Here's the proof....doesn't he look relaxed?

WE INTERRUPT SPRING

...to bring you a touch of winter in jolly old London! We woke to a gorgeous snowfall. We hit the park to take advantage. Much of the wild life of Holland Park was unsure of what to make of the white stuff, especially the parrots! Someone beat us to making a snowman and of course, only in beautiful Holland Park, do you find a snowman with flower features.

EGYPT LIVE

BY POPULAR DEMAND, HERE ARE OUR EGYPT SNAPS

We had a terrific trip to Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt. Sunny, blue skies every day. It is like Groundhog Day. Seriously. Every day is 80 degrees and not a cloud in the sky. SES is a magnificent place to swim in the pool and play in the sand. Sure beat the London winter blahs! And though both the General and Bess had tonsilitus (and helicoptered), it didn't put a damper one bit on our holiday and we had a ball!

More tea please! Hanging in my SES kids-sized robe.

I love the Cabana!
The Bermuda Triangle of Jakies.
I am so cool. When do I graduate to Vuarnets??
Stop looking at my bum.
Mmmm. Biccy-boy enjoying the view - and a biccy, and a breadstick...

Top of the afternoon to ya! I want lunch.
End of another pool day (and yes, the Genny is wearing a bathing suit under there).
SES = Shangri La

See you next year!
