Sam and Fin getting ready for the British 10K race this morning. Both had more than respectable finish times despite massively inadequate training. We'd like to thank Gatorade and the steel drum band at the Embankment for helping us get through it - rain, sun, wind and all.
New flip flops! And they're PINK and Brazilian! And they match my sweater. I'm never taking them off.
The General getting in some ice cream practice for later this summer. Juice Bar, here I come! Hope this t-shirt still fits this summer.
