LET THE GAMES BEGIN

In my 40th year now, I shall be doing my first Triathlon. I figure I better out myself so as to hopefully be encouraged by all those near and dear. Today, I took a massive step forward and purchased a bike. It's rather pretty, if I do say so myself. And it's a beautiful sunny day and I managed to ride it home on the streets of London safely. No small feat. Stay tuned to this space for progress. And here is a snap of my new acquisition.
